                                     Childcare Educator

                                          Opokaa’sin Early Intervention Society is looking for caring and compassionate                                             individuals to fill the position of Childcare Educator.  You will be responsible                                                for guiding and nurturing children, from 19 months to 5.5 years of age, in a                                                      holistic approach to play based learning and fostering a child’s disposition to                                                    learn.

Wage Range $17.14 - $25.62 | 40 hours/week

Under the direction of                                                the Office Manager, the Receptionist will be responsible for processing all                                                  incoming calls, directing all incoming visitors and/or clients to the appropriate                                            personnel or program.

                                     Transcriber - Contract till March 31, 2020

                                          Opokaa’sin Early Intervention Society is looking for a dynamic individual to fill                                              the position of Blackfoot Language Transcriber to work on and off site at the                                                Lethbridge Office. In cooperation with the Blackfoot Language Instructor, you                                              will be responsible for producing 30 five minute videos on Blackfoot stories &                                              legends.

                                     Childcare Cook - On-call/Relief

                                         Opokaa’sin Childcare Program is looking for energetic and engaging individuals                                           to fill an essential role here at the Centre: On-call/Relief Childcare Cook – As a                                           Cook you will be responsible for providing cover/relief for the Childcare Cook                                             during personal leave, annual leave, training, and professional development    opportunities. The On-Call/Relief Childcare Cook will preparing and distribute a nutritious meal and two snacks daily for approximately 30-40 children.
