Full Time, Indigenous Community Supports Navigator (ICSN)
Opokaa’sin is seeking an Indigenous Community Supports Navigator. The Indigenous Community Supports Navigator will liaise directly with the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA), Adaptive Case Management (ACM) team to support Indigenous families’ through ISP review and ongoing support, rapport building, and participation in Integrated Coordinated Access Partnership when needed.
Wage $24.00-$26.85/Hour + Benefits| 37.5/week
